You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by calling 910-632-0013 M-F 11:00 am-5:00pm EST. We use real-time inventory, and all orders will be shipped out the following business day after your order has been placed. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if we see components on your order that don’t seem compatible, we will notify you before your products are shipped. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment for orders is made when you check out. We do our best to give you the best prices online for longboard skateboard products. Prices are non-negotiable. Promotion prices are only good during the time the promotion is running.

Fraud Verification: We closely monitor credit card fraud. If billing and shipping information do not match at the time we process your order, we may contact you by telephone or email for verification. We do this to protect the card holder from possible fraud. This could delay your shipment; however we will do our best to contact you quickly in order to ensure a timely delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Longboard Warehouse offers Free Shipping anywhere in the Continental USA on all orders over $99. Free shipping offer does not apply to international orders or orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. For APO Shipments, please call us to place your order so we can calculate exact shipping rates for you. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us.

Expected Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped out the next business day via FedEx or US Postal Service Priority Mail.

*Please Note: If the billing and shipping information do not match, we must contact the cardholder to verify the purchase before the order can be shipped.

Return Policy

At Longboard Warehouse we want to be sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you decide that the merchandise you ordered is not right for you, you may RETURN THE UNUSED ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. When we receive the returned merchandise in original condition, you will have the option to receive store credit, an exchange, or a full refund of the cost of the merchandise.

After we receive and approve your return, you can expect to see a full refund of the product cost to your credit card within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you received free shipping on the items you’re returning, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to become visible on your credit card statement.

RETURNS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON PRODUCTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. Returns can only be accepted on products in their original condition. We cannot accept returns on any items that have not been opened, assembled, altered, ridden, viewed, washed, or worn.

In the unlikely event that the products you’ve ordered have been damaged in transit, please call us at 910-632-0013 so we can help you.

Custom assembled complete skateboards cannot be returned, including skateboard decks that have grip tape applied to them.

Pre-assembled completes may be returned.

Skateboard decks that are broken by improper foot placement or misuse cannot be returned.

Manufacturer and workmanship defects, such as delaminating and warping, must be handled directly with the brand manufacturer.

* Items designated as CLEARANCE are non-returnable.

Return Instructions

  1. To return an item for store credit, exchange, or full refund, please submit a request here or call 1-910-632-0013 for Return Authorization and return instructions.
  2. In order to serve you in the fastest, most efficient manner, please provide us with a copy of your invoice or your Billing Name, Order Number, Returned Item Description along with the reason for returning the product.
  3. Ship the item(s) back, following the return instructions you receive.
  4. Returns are processed within 72 hours after we receive the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
